Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, with no need to justify your reason or pay any penalty.

How to Return a Product

1. Email us at ibrahim.yahia914@gmail.com with your order number and your return request
2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps
3. Send the product back in its original packaging, unused

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or doesn't match the order.

Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned product.

Defective or Non-Conforming Product

If the product you received is defective or doesn't match your order, contact us immediately at ibrahim.yahia914@gmail.com with a photo of the product — we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, under the legal warranty of conformity.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

No exclusions apply to products sold on SafeStudio in their standard (non-customized) condition.
