Article 1 — Seller Identification
SafeStudio, operated by Ibrahim Yahia, sole trader (Micro-enterprise), SIRET [pending], registered address 36 B Route de Leudeville, 91220 Le Plessis-Pâté, France. Contact: ibrahim.yahia914@gmail.com.
Article 2 — Purpose
These terms of service govern sales of products made on the SafeStudio website to consumers located in France and the European Union.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. SafeStudio benefits from the VAT exemption threshold (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): VAT does not apply, in accordance with this scheme.
Article 4 — Order
Orders are placed directly on the website. An order is only final once full payment has been confirmed.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card at the time of order, via a secure payment solution.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are shipped from the supplier's warehouse. The delivery time shown on the product page is provided as an estimate and may vary. SafeStudio delivers to mainland France [+ specify if EU/overseas territories].
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no need to justify their reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to ibrahim.yahia914@gmail.com. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return address: [to be defined — see note below]
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that the return has been shipped.
Important note: with dropshipping, you don't have a physical warehouse — you need an address where customers can send returns (often your own home address, or a specific arrangement with your supplier). This needs to be settled before going live, not left as an administrative detail.
Article 8 — Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products come with the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), at no extra cost to the customer.
Article 9 — Liability
SafeStudio cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, contrary to the instructions provided.
Article 10 — Personal Data
The processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the site's footer.
Article 11 — Disputes and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (see Legal Notice) or the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
